Programs released under this license can be used at no cost for both personal and commercial purposes. ![]() ![]() Open Source software is software with source code that anyone can inspect, modify or enhance. Freeware products can be used free of charge for both personal and professional (commercial use). I know I can install it locally from the source code, but I want to understand why I cannot install it using pip. I am trying to install the latest version of numpy, the 1.22.3, but it looks like pip is not able to find this last release. ![]()
